We specialize in taking over properties which are not fully optimized. Here we add value through renovation of existing space, converting old unused office space to sought after apartments or buying properties that are mismanaged.
We are a small family office and manage assets through direct and indirect ownership. Our decisions are long term since we think +1 generation ahead.
